Frequently asked questions
Experience The Gathering in Yelapa. Plan your visit today.
When is The Gathering?
November 20–22, 2026, in Yelapa, Jalisco. The opening dinner is on Thursday, November 19, and includes a welcome drink. Artists, workshops and times will be announced as they are confirmed.
Which ticket should I choose?
General Access: 3 days of music, arts and workshops, MXN 3,333 + 166.65 service fee. Full Experience: General Access and the opening dinner, MXN 4,500 + 225 fee. Friday, Saturday or Sunday Day Pass: music and workshops on your chosen day and night, MXN 1,200 + 60 fee per day. Dinner Only: MXN 888 + 44.40 fee, without general festival admission. Check availability and buy your tickets. All amounts are in Mexican pesos.
Can children attend?
Yes. Kids Pass is for children aged 14 and under, accompanied by an adult at all times: MXN 700 + 35 service fee = 735 for the weekend. The accompanying adult needs their own ticket, and the purchaser must be an adult. For guests aged 15–17, please confirm admission conditions with our team before buying.
How do I get there and back?
Yelapa is reached by boat. The nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta; from there, travel to the pier. See departures from Boca de Tomatlán and Los Muertos in getting here. Confirm departures and your return with the operator, and allow enough time after your flight. If you miss the last departure, ask about a private boat or travel the following day.
Does my ticket include accommodation or transport?
No. Transport and accommodation are booked separately. Check availability and terms before reserving. Visit our accommodation page or email hola@gathering.mx for guidance.
Will camping be available?
Camping spaces, facilities and prices are still to be confirmed. Bring your own tent and camping gear. Check our camping page or email hola@gathering.mx. A festival ticket does not reserve a camping space.
What should I bring?
Pack biodegradable sunscreen, natural insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, light clothing, a warm layer for the evening, comfortable shoes and a flashlight. If you camp, bring your tent, sleeping bag or blanket, sleeping mat and towel. Save your tickets before travelling so you can access them with limited connectivity.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, under your responsibility. Look after your dog, clean up after them, and respect other guests and the surroundings. Check pet policies separately with your transport and accommodation providers.
How can we care for Yelapa and each other?
Respect consent and personal boundaries. Care for the beach, leave no litter or cigarette butts, and reduce single-use plastics. Avoid non-biodegradable glitter and glass in shared areas. Do not enter the sea under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
How can I join the market or volunteer?
Visit Be part of the team to apply for the market. Submitting an application does not confirm participation. Volunteer applications and conditions will be published when ready.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
Check your order status before trying again. If you see a charge or a pending payment, do not pay again: email hola@gathering.mx with your order number and purchase email. Never share your full card number, CVV or banking codes. Admission is confirmed once payment is approved.
Where are my tickets and purchase terms?
